Agreement

These terms apply when you use infronix.info (the “site”). The site is operated by Infronix Pty Ltd, an Australian private company with its main office in Melbourne, Victoria. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site is

This site is a company website. It explains who Infronix is, where we operate, and which brands we own or are building. It is not a booking system, payment gateway, or software product. Using this site does not create a service contract, employment relationship or partnership.

Brand services and products

Insulation work, cleaning, software access and the WorkCamo app are offered through their own websites and terms. Those brand terms apply to the service or product you buy. If there is a conflict between this page and a brand contract, the brand contract governs that transaction.

Accuracy

We take care with company facts such as our ABN, entity type and office city. Company registration details can change. The Australian Business Register and ASIC remain the official sources. Descriptions of products still in construction may change before launch.

Acceptable use

You may view and share pages from this site for ordinary business or personal reference. You must not attack the site, scrape it in a way that harms availability, copy the site to pretend you are Infronix, or use our names or logos in a misleading way.

Intellectual property

Unless we say otherwise, Infronix owns or licenses the text, layout, logo and design of this site. You may not copy the site as a whole or use the Infronix name as your own trade mark. Links to our public pages are welcome if they are not misleading.

Third-party sites

Links to reinsulate.com.au, maids24.com.au, easymate.com.au, tiffiny.com.au, workcamo.app and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control every page on those sites and we are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

Liability

The site is provided as general information. To the extent Australian law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using or being unable to use this site, or by relying on a summary instead of an official register extract. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The effective date will be updated. If you continue to use the site after a change, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory law says otherwise.
